Certified Frequency GardenerCode of Ethics
The Certified Frequency Gardener credential and seal identify a person who has completed the Frequency Gardening Certification requirements, has been awarded Certification by New Earth Era Inc., and remains in good standing.
Certification is a private educational credential. It is not government licensure, academic accreditation, or authorization to provide regulated professional services.
A Certified Frequency Gardener who uses the credential or seal agrees to uphold the following standards.

Put the Land, Life and Steward First
Every reading, design, recommendation and practice should respect the living systems of the Land and the person responsible for stewarding it.
A Certified Frequency Gardener must not place personal gain, recognition or sales interests ahead of the wellbeing of the Land, its ecosystems or the steward.

Practice Within Competence
A Certified Frequency Gardener offers only services and practices they are competent to provide and that remain within the lawful scope of their knowledge and experience.
Certification does not authorize the diagnosis or treatment of human or animal illness or the provision of regulated medical, psychological, veterinary, legal, financial, engineering or other professional services.
Where separate professional qualifications are required, the Certified Frequency Gardener must be appropriately qualified and clearly distinguish that separate role from their Frequency Gardening credential.

Represent Experiences and Results Honestly
A Certified Frequency Gardener represents their experience, observations and results truthfully.
They distinguish direct observation from interpretation and do not present intuitive, energetic, dowsed, clairvoyant or other subjective information as verified fact or certainty.
They do not guarantee yields, harvests, plant recovery, pest elimination, ecological outcomes, healing, spiritual abilities, income, client results or other specific outcomes.

Do No Harm
A Certified Frequency Gardener must not knowingly recommend or undertake practices that create unreasonable risk of harm to soil, water, pollinators, ecosystems, people, animals, neighbouring property or public safety.
Appropriate permissions, safety precautions and qualified professional assistance should be obtained where required.

Respect the Steward’s Sovereignty
The steward remains responsible for decisions concerning their own Land.
A Certified Frequency Gardener may help another person observe, receive from and develop a relationship with their Land, but must not create dependence, claim spiritual authority over another person or use subjective impressions to override the steward’s judgment.
Guidance received through Nature Intelligence, dowsing, intuition or other subjective practices should be offered as information for the steward to consider, not as unquestionable authority.

Protect Privacy and Confidentiality
A Certified Frequency Gardener respects the privacy of the people and properties they serve.
Property details, photographs, locations, recordings, personal information, private conversations and information shared during a consultation or practice must remain confidential unless the person concerned has given informed permission for disclosure or disclosure is required by law.

Disclose Conflicts of Interest
A Certified Frequency Gardener must clearly disclose any financial, affiliate, ownership or other material interest in a product, system, tool, service or material they recommend.
A Certified Frequency Gardener must never disguise a sales interest, personal preference or financial interest as guidance received from Nature Intelligence.
The steward must be free to make an informed decision without concealed influence.

Honour Lineage, Knowledge and Intellectual Property
A Certified Frequency Gardener respects ancestral, traditional, historical and contemporary sources of knowledge and gives credit where reasonably known and appropriate.
They must not present another person’s protected materials, teachings or intellectual property as their own.
Frequency Gardening curriculum, charts, frameworks, recordings, Certification materials and other protected Program Materials may only be used within the permissions granted by New Earth Era Inc.

Protect the Integrity of the Credential and Seal
The Certified Frequency Gardener credential and seal identify someone who has been certified by Frequency Gardening and remains in good standing.
They must not be used to imply:
- government licensure or regulatory approval
- academic accreditation
- employment by New Earth Era Inc.
- authority to provide services outside the Certified Frequency Gardener’s competence or lawful scope
- guaranteed outcomes
- Company endorsement of every product, claim, service or method independently offered by the Certified Frequency Gardener
The credential and seal may be used only in accordance with the current written usage guidelines issued by New Earth Era Inc.
The Certified Frequency Gardener seal and associated Frequency Gardening intellectual property remain the property of New Earth Era Inc. Authorization to use them is limited to the permissions granted by the Company and may be suspended or withdrawn as provided in the Participant Agreement.

Take Responsibility for Conduct
Certified Frequency Gardeners practice independently and remain responsible for their own conduct, services, recommendations, contracts, representations, insurance, legal compliance and results.
New Earth Era Inc. may review conduct that could materially breach this Code or misuse the Certified Frequency Gardener credential or seal.
Depending on the circumstances, an outcome may include education, clarification, corrective conditions, temporary suspension, removal from a Certification-status listing, or withdrawal of authorization to use the Certified Frequency Gardener credential and seal.
Where a concern could result in suspension or withdrawal of Certification privileges, the Certified Frequency Gardener will ordinarily be informed of the concern and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, subject to circumstances involving immediate safety, unlawful activity or other situations requiring prompt action.

A person who wishes to raise a concern about the conduct of a Certified Frequency Gardener may contact [email protected].
New Earth Era Inc. may request supporting information, notify the Certified Frequency Gardener of the concern, protect confidential information where reasonably possible and review the matter under the applicable Participant Agreement and Code of Ethics.
Submitting a concern does not guarantee any particular finding or outcome.
Independent Practice
Certification identifies training completed and current good standing with Frequency Gardening. It is not a warranty or guarantee of an independent Certified Frequency Gardener’s services.
Each Certified Frequency Gardener practices independently and is responsible for their own conduct, claims, recommendations, contracts, legal compliance and results.
Suspension or withdrawal of Certification affects the person’s Certified Frequency Gardener status, credential, seal and associated Certification privileges. It does not prohibit that person from independently carrying out otherwise lawful activities outside the Certification credential.
New Earth Era Inc., doing business as Frequency Gardening™, does not supervise or guarantee the independent services of Certified Frequency Gardeners and is not responsible for those independent services except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
