The Certified Frequency GardenerCode of Ethics
The certification mark is the protected name and seal Certified Frequency Gardener, owned by New Earth Era Inc. It is not the same as completing the training. Completing the initiation training, the 24 activations and your final submission, earns you the privilege to use the mark for as long as you stay certified and in good standing.
When you display it, you are telling the public one thing: that you were trained, initiated, and certified by Frequency Gardening™ and agree to practice by this Code of Ethics. The mark stays the property of New Earth Era Inc. at all times, and the privilege to use it can be withdrawn for a breach of this Code of Ethics.
Every Certified Frequency Gardener agrees to this Code as a condition of using the mark.

The Land and the steward come first. Every reading, design, and recommendation serves the living systems of the property and the person who stewards it, ahead of the Certified Frequency Gardener’s own gain.

Practice only within your competence. A Certified Frequency Gardener offers only what the Frequency Gardening™ Certification trained them in. They do not diagnose or treat human or animal illness, and they do not give medical, legal, or financial advice unless separately qualified and licensed to do so.

Tell the truth about results. A Certified Frequency Gardener claims only what they have done, reports outcomes honestly, and never guarantees yields, harvests, health cures, or income.

Do no harm. No recommendation that knowingly damages soil, water, pollinators, ecosystems, people, animals, or a neighbor’s property.

Respect the steward’s sovereignty. A Certified Frequency Gardener teaches people to communicate with their own Land and make their own decisions. They never create dependence, and every choice stays with the client.

Protect client privacy. Property details, photos, locations, and personal information shared in a session stay confidential, used or published only with the client’s written permission.

Disclose conflicts of interest. If a Certified Frequency Gardener sells, or earns from, any system, tool, or material they recommend, they say so plainly before the client decides.

Honor the lineage and credit sources. A Certified Frequency Gardener credits the ancestral and modern sources this knowledge flows from, and never presents another teacher’s material as their own.

Protect the integrity of the mark. The mark identifies someone certified by Frequency Gardening™, in good standing, offering services within their scope. It is never used to imply an endorsement, license, or qualification the person does not have.

Answer for your conduct. Conduct is reviewed by Frequency Gardening™ under New Earth Era Inc., and a breach of this Code can result in removal from the certified database and withdrawal of the mark license.
