New Earth Era Inc., doing business as Frequency Gardening™, is committed to making our websites, digital programs, educational resources, communications, and online services reasonably accessible to people with disabilities.

We aim to design and maintain our digital content using recognized accessibility practices. Depending on the content and platform, these efforts may include clear headings and page structure, readable text and colour contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation, descriptive link text, alternative text for meaningful images, captions or transcripts for recorded content where reasonably available, and compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Our websites, programs, recordings, downloads, communities, artificial-intelligence tools, and other digital resources may be updated over time, and some older materials may not yet meet every accessibility guideline. We may also use third-party platforms, including Kajabi, Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo, OpenAI, ChatGPT, social-media platforms, payment providers, and community tools. We do not fully control the accessibility features or limitations of independent third-party services.

We will make reasonable efforts to understand the barrier and provide an appropriate alternative, adjustment, or accessible format where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in this Statement limits any accessibility right or accommodation obligation that applies under law.
