New Earth Era Inc. Aether Garden Technologies & www.frequencygardening.com provides educational content and products related to electroculture, permaculture, psychotronics, and frequency devices. All services and products are provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products:

All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products.

Physical Products:

This section applies exclusively to physical products sold by New Earth Era Inc. and Aether Garden Technologies™, including but not limited to products purchased on www.frequencygardening.com. These terms do not apply to any digital products or services.

Upon receipt of the customer’s shipping address, orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse in Canada. Once a physical product is dispatched, responsibility transfers to the customer. A tracking number will be provided, and the customer is responsible for providing all required and correct shipping details to ensure successful delivery.

While we make every effort to help our products navigate international customs, we cannot guarantee delivery due to varying country-specific regulations. The customer assumes all risks related to customs, including delays, non-delivery, and any associated duties or import fees. No refunds will be issued for physical products. Replacement of lost or undelivered products is at the sole discretion of New Earth Era. and Aether Garden Technologies™, handled on a case-by-case basis.

Handcrafted and Made-to-Order Products

Many of our physical products are handcrafted in small batches, employing unique techniques such as frequency imprinting and tuning. These processes may take up to 6 months depending on the item. The customer acknowledges that production timelines are not instantaneous, and if the product is ready, it will be shipped. If not, the customer agrees to wait for completion. In the rare case that the product is not finished within 6 months, a refund may be issued upon request. However, no chargebacks, credit card cancellations, or bank disputes will be accepted, as all physical products are custom-made and sold on an "as is" basis.

Product Use and Safety

The customer agrees that all products are designed for plant use only and are not intended to be applied to humans. These products must be kept out of reach of children at all times. In the event that a product becomes damaged or broken, it must be disposed of properly in appropriate waste facilities. Customers should expect natural weathering of these products over time and are advised to treat them accordingly.

No Guarantee of Results

The effectiveness of our physical products depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including plant type, the customer’s personal intention, device placement, land energies, and other environmental variables. As such, we cannot guarantee specific results from our physical products. Customers acknowledge that all physical products are sold "as is" and accept that results may vary.
